Cleanout of all gutters for near-new double storey house. Tiled roof at standard 22 degree pitch.
Also require cleaning out leaves built up on laserlite pergola (ground floor).
Will also consider installing leaf guard if more economic and effective to do so (possibly not, as we get lots of pine needles).
