I would like to have a laundry with toilet room gutted back to a bare room. It would involve removing fllor and wall tiles, a small dividing wall for the toilet (non retaining) remove toilet. Then to bring the room back to a bare room ie plaster holes in walls, repair missing architraves/skirting boards. Also if possible install a floating timber floor and replace existing external door with new door
