Grouting of floor tiles - newly laid

In the unit the entry, hall way, kitchen, laundry and bathroom had new titles laid sometime ago. These tiles were laided with a 5mm gap between them. The grouting has discoloured, cracked and is uneven through out the job. I need someone to look at the grouting and see how much needs to be removed and then the new grouting put in its place. I understand its a dirty dusty job. I however aren't currently happy the way the grout has bubbles and looks uneven. Happy to assist with job if needed.
