Pathway is already edged, needs leveling before gravel is laid, pathway has a small sloping area that requires a bit of drainage. Larger rocks provided for this
Also need a small sleeper retaining wall for garden bed on a slope, could be two sleeper high.
Stepping stones to be laid beside this new wall for access to gate at top of slope. Rocks for steps provided
Estimate 2 days work for one person.
Have not included cost of sleepers etc in budget price
