(1) Miscellaneous:

• Replace picture frame hooks & Re-hang 5 prints, patch old hook holes or return on day of Settlement
• apply (white/clear) Silicon around powder room sink and rear external green downpipe; flexible grey grouting around edges of Ensuite Shower floor and black caulking around rear door (Sara to supply)
• Clean and Relocate black wire chairs to front lower balcony


(2) Clean Garage & Stairwell Storage Room:

• clean and DW40 spray internal garage roller door/frame
• wipe in and out of cupboards
• dust/wipe down walls, skirting boards, fridge & external shelves
• sweep, vacuum & mop or hose down garage floor
• relocate storage containers and cardboard boxes to garage/stairwell storage room once garage floor dries

(3) Garden:

• Re-plant rear Ficus deeper to same height levels
• Repot 4 x Balcony Ficus and mondo grass and place black pebbles around edges of the Potted Plants (Sara to supply)
• Trim Pot Plant at front door
• Relocate potted plants as required
• Top-Up soil, mulch and cover garden beds with protective cover or estimate netting quantities
• Apply Sea Sol & Insect Killer to Ficus & Water Garden

(4) High Pressure Water/ Clean:

• Wipe down Rear Porch Ceiling Fan & Heater and Air Con Unit
• Remove cobwebs along front & rear façade, letterbox, external front, side & rear lights; Balcony, downpipes etc
• Front Brick Façade
