Garden shed installation - slab, assembly, anchored

Installation of an absco garden shed 3 x 2.26m. the recommended slab size is 3.15 x 2.36m and the ground is fairly level but with a slight 5-10cm drop to the front. we do not mind if it is a concrete base or pavers, but we do need to anchor it somehow. also, the shed is flatpacked so will need to be assembled.
can you please let me know approximately how much this would cost and when you are able to get this job done?
