Our front garden is a mess. the previous owners did not clear the soil of building waste, just laid bark over the top. we want the top layer of soil, bark and weeds cleared off and removed and replaced with new fresh topsoil. there are plants which we want to replant and also very large stones, some used as a stairway/path (to stay), others just scattered through which would need to be removed. area is approx 5m x 15m and is on a gentle slope.
