Front Door Rain Damage

My front door has water damage to the external facing component only. There are several spots this has occurred, and it has warped the wood. The door has horizontal glass panels within it, and it seems to have damaged just below each glass panel, and the very bottom of the door.
This appears to have occurred from the heavy rain we recently experienced. This is not impacting the function of the door, it opens and closes without any issues.
