Front Besser brick wall needs 30mm gap filled at corner of 2 walls

We have 2 besser brick walls about 5 foot high, the walls meet at the corner of the fence line. Telstra came in and dug out the section to install cabling. the gap between where the two walls meet, is about 30mm, as these are both retaining walls, we lose soil through the gap. The front wall is now cracked at one point becuase of the gap, nothing is there to stop it from moving. We need someone to fill in the gap which is 30mm x 1200mm x 150mm, but the filling of the gap needs to somehow strengthen where the two walls meet so either of the walls dont move or let soil out. Would just like to get a free quote first please,
