We are relocating a stud wall to expand a bathroom and wardrobe space. Existing house uses steel studs with timber plates and noggins. Planning on new wall to use all timber.

Build 1x5.2m stud wall (includes 1 doorway and 1 bathroom niche void)
Move bedroom doorway sideways.
Fill in one old door way.
