Need a brick wall in between two townhouses accessed to be fixed or replaced. Is shifting with land movement. Is 2.5m tall and 1.5m wide, joined to house at one side and fence at the other. Fence side is subsiding leaving a gap and exposing internal wall beams. Is currently 150mm - 200mm away from side of house at top.
