internal sliding timber door has partly come of the rails. the door is attached to the slider by bolts/washers that slot in to two cut outs on the slider. one end has come off (bolts and washers have come off the thread which is still attached to the door) the other end is still attached.
the difficulty is that this is all enclosed by a timber 'housing' attached to the wall
