We require fences at the front and rear of our property (including gates) as both border fences have already been erected by both neighbours either side. The front fence on our LH side as you look at it to have access gate to rear and our RH side as you look at it to have double gate for driving in down to the shed. We also require hand rails and a small balustrade to steps to on the front porch/steps or just handrails. Fence also from RH side border fence to shed and LH side Border fence to shed; with an access gate to the rear of the property behind the shed which is Koala conservation land and still needs to be maintained by us but does not require fencing.
