Fascia board in front of the house needs to be replaced. The length of the timber board is approximately 7 mt long and is currently supporting the mains electric power cables coming into the house. The fascia has to be pre-painted to ensure the work is done in a couple of hours. The house is single level and there is easy access to the fascia. The work needs an electrician to be involved to disconnect and reconnect the mains power. I need a company or individual with proper building certificate and insurance to do the job.
