a tree has fallen to a 45 degree angle. Height would be 12 feet but given the angle it has fallen, the top of the tree would now be 8 feet off the ground. It has one branch left that is still growing that woudl need to be cut off before the tree could be brought down. Its next to new fence and I dont want it to hit the fence. Diameter would be 40 cm or so
