I own a building at 253 Gouger Street. I am about to concrete the carpark at the back of the building which opens onto Bailey Street. Before work commences, the site needs to be stripped of all vines and weeds plus a palm tree about 3-4 metres tall. The fence enclosing the carpark along the Bailey Street side is also to be replaced.
