would like to get an approximate cost on having a cubby house built in the back yard. which is quite level ground, in sandringham, no slope or anything. cubby around 2x3m, with covered verandah to side or front. want it to be weatherboard so that we can paint it to match the house. window to each side, and door to front. they are pretty expensive to buy via a kit so am considering this may be a better and more quality alternative. many thanks!
