Never had lawn post construction (2 yrs ago). Some weeding and disposal of leaves, etc.
Yard is about 70m/sq and needs a good hard wearing grass (like couch) to be planted/laid.
Ideally, planting grass rather than laying turf to reduce costs, although happy to hear about turf costs.
