This job requires a mixture of skills including basic carpentry, repairing a gutter that has rusted, repairs to a courtyard door and architrave that has minor weather damage, repairing some cracking (filling and painting), and painting exterior brick (masonite) sections of house, I have already purchased the exterior paint. There will be a need to purchase some items such as a small section of down pipe, silicon filler. There will also be sanding required of where I have filled cracks in exterior. I will also need some help moving plants into place in courtyard and checking and resetting some watering system.
