1. Door on built-in robe requires fixing on the track
2. Outside metal gate needs re-aligning (has dropped)
3. Wind out windows jam, need planing
4. Kitchen cupboards need adjusting
5. Attach a sheet of stainless steel (approx 70cm x 120cm) to laminate 'wall' beside stove
Could be some other odd jobs also. I have nominated a budget, but really have no idea of cost.
