Build a 3-metre x around 11-metre garage adjoining a brick wall on the side of an existing brick house. Extending to about 300mm away from the rear fence.
Pitched corrugated colourbond roof. 200mm eaves on the front gable
Timber frame and blue board walls on three sides.
Panel lift single car door at the front with remote control.
Include a personal access door to the Right hand side of the garage, entry from the back yard.
Sliding aluminium window 1100 x 1200 mm to rear.
There is currently a concrete driveway, however some concrete strips need to be organised to be done at the sides of the driveway and rear.
NO painting or rendering required.
Photos included.
Would need to be project managed for the whole job. If extra tradespeople are needed, you would organise them to come and do the required work (for example the concrete work). We won't be able to do bits and pieces of the project.
