Build a Cricket Covers Trolley

Looking for an experienced ior retired welder/metal fabricator to build a cricket cover trolley to hold, move & store a folded 20m x 30m plastic cricket centre wicket cover (weight approx 130 kgs). Trolley must be able to be wheeled across grass outfield (approx. 80 metres from storage) & fit through a standard door frame.
Ideally this trolley would be ready by the end of September.
