Bricklaying and rendering a raised garden bed and seat in back courtyard

Have a very basic Single fronted brick rear courtyard with an "etched" concrete floor. Looking for someone to build a raised garden bed and a matching long seat (L shaped area) Area needs to hold 5 -7 yukkas and a water feature (yet to be chosen) and be lined for water soil etc/need advice on whether I need to drain area. Looking for the entire bricked are to be rendered in a dark grey colour. Need to know if you can (if needed) to cut current concrete floor and make a more of a solid foundation for the bricklaying to prevent cracking and shifting etc. Thanks.
