Backyard requiring sleepers to be laid for garden beds

I am re landscaping my backyard which is a small area of 6400 X 5400. I would like to have a tradesman come out and lay some sleepers for 4 garden beds. I have the treated pine sleepers here already.
My pool is next to this area where the sleepers are to be layed. I will need the sleepers layed so the top of the sleepers are level with the height of the paving around my pool. The sleepers will need to be partially underground, so a small amount of digging out of soil will be required. This tradesman needs to be competent with getting levels precise.
I am going out at present, but will be home by 12pm and here for the rest of the day, so I'd like a tradesman to contact me today after 12pm and be able to arrange for a time to come out and view the area where the job to be done.
If possible, I'd like this job done one day this week or early next week at the latest.
