Air conditioner brackets installed in second story window

I have a Box window air conditioner I need installed. It did not come with a mount however and I need to solid brackets installed into the (outside) wall for the unit to sit on and be screwed into.
The bracket will need to be installed into masonry however and the window is on the second story about 3-4 meters up. A folding ladder straightened out would be more than enough to reach it.
The job would be providing the brackets, installing/leveling the brackets, and installing the air consitioners external case (It is a Kelvinator) on top of that for the actual unit to slide into.
They must be sturdy brackets as the unit wights a little under 50kgs and will be hanging out over my downstairs neighbours yard.
