In the backyard, there is a step (circa 90cmx15cmx15cm) leading into the house. Due to structural movements, there is a gap between the step and the house, circa 1cm wide, which needs to be filled with some cement/concrete.
Also, 2 tiles on that step are cracked, and they need to be replaced.
