Handyperson :
1. to get back door opening properly. the back door has jammed shut due to house movement. needs to be sanded and possibly have the plate on the door jamb moved.
2. get bifold door (the single door that opens like a normal door) opening easily again. it too has moved due to house movement and needs some minor sanding
3. upstairs balcony door has also moved and is not closing well and also needs some sanding
would need to be able to do this job on a friday or on a weekend.
