1. Unit 1 Deck = approx. 4x4 meters to be sanded down, washed with deck clean and 2 new coats of stain to be applied. 2 x BBQ doors to be done aswell.
2. Unit 2 Deck = appox 3x4 meters to be sanded down, washed with deck clean and new coats of stain to be applied. Stain will be supplied by myself.
This could end up being a regular yearly job.
