I live in a double storey town house, and have 2 wooden windows that wind outwards at the front of the property on the top floor, which is my bedroom.
Both windows are jamming due to the cold wet weather I suspect, and I cannot wind the windows all the way closed, letting wind and some rain inside.
One of the windows is also coming apart from the bottom beam which is starting to sag, and the glass is also sagging a little,
I just need a carpenter to a: - shave both windows on one side so that I wont have that closing problem and b:- one window also needs to be repaired or the bottom wooden beam replaced.
Both windows can be dismantled from inside the house, so no need for scaffolding or ladders I think.
