2 front wooden gates need replacement

Replace current 2 short wooden gates at the front of property that are not closing properly. Gates are in between bricks. Possibly install springs or latches so that gates close automatically. Also another wooden gate at the back and wooden fence are a bit crooked and sometimes the gate does not close properly. The back gate has a latch. This is for a strata.
