  Samtex installed a range of shelving throughout our apartment. Sam was on time, polite, knowledgeable and provided a great quote. He needed to complete the job over two sessions, but we didn\'t mind at all as he was willing to make times outside of hours - so convenient when you both work full-time. Sam completed the job to a really high standard and we\'re very pleased with the work. Would definitely contact Sam again if we need more work done.

  Sam was lovely to work with and totally exceeded my expectations. \n\nI didn\'t have a clear idea of what I wanted at the beginning of the project, and Sam was very helpful with suggestions and ideas as to the best way of doing things. He researched and did a lot of running around getting quotes for the best materials at the best price on my behalf and always made sure I was informed about when work would happen and any issues/changes to budget, so that I felt very comfortable as to work scope and how much it was going to cost. He was also very patient whenever I called with questions and always had time to stop and explain what he was doing. \n\nOn the day Sam was really professional and detailed with his work. He spent longer than he had to making sure the doors were hung totally straight, and also fixed some issues I had with my shelving before he started. I appreciated how he was careful not to scratch my floorboards and furniture and how he cleaned up everything after he was done - I couldn\'t find a speck of sawdust on my floor after he left. I was blown away by how good the cabinets looked, far better than I had imagined. \n\nBut the really amazing part of Sam\'s service happened after the job was done. My router is stored in one of the cabinets and after the cabinets were installed my internet stopped working. I mistakenly thought that the phone line behind the cabinet had been damaged during the renovation (it wasn\'t, it turned out to be an issue with the internet company) and I called Sam on a Wednesday night to ask if he could help. Sam arrived first thing Thursday morning with a new phone line and spent an hour pulling out the cabinet and reinstalling it so that I could replace the phone line. \n\nI\'m really impressed with Sam\'s work and especially with his service ethic. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have work done around the home. Thanks Sam! ;)

  Sam contacted us promptly, was able to meet us to provide a quotation and has completed the work ontime and the kitchen looks great. We had recently purchased a house and the kitchen was rennovated for sale, however we needed to make the fridge cavity bigger and replace the cookop and range hood. This meant removing 1 side of the kitchen and then fabricating a new kitchen using the old materials - no easy feat. The job ended up being more complicated than we first expected but Sam\'s mastery of cabinet making took our existing kitchen and modified it for exactly our needs. It\'s quite amazing what he has been able to do. I would recommend him to others in the future.
