Need wakaflex installed - birds nests causing leaking of roof

Called a roofer and he had to remove 2 large bird nests. this has occured on multiple occasions, every time the nests are removed the birds build new ones. problem is when there is a very heavy down poor, the nests are blocking the water from flowing freely. this results in the roof leaking into the lounge room. the roofer advised that a plumber needs to install something called wakaflex to prevent this from happening again. need a plumber to contact and advise on a quote for this.
