I have a two storey house. The roof is flat and can be accessed from the balcony on first floor with a ladder. I need to get the roof and gutters thoroughly cleaned. There should be mainly leaves and dust though there could be something else I do not know of. I can supply a broom and brush/pan and may be, a battery powered blower. After cleaning, we need to hose side pipes to make sure water is flowing down the side pipes without any obstruction.
I guess it may take 1 to 1.5 hrs since it is a flat roof.
