Installation (only) of a modular sign/banner on brick building

The Scout Group has been supplied a vinyl sign/banner (3.6 x 0.6m). It comes complete with extruded aluminium rails, which the sign slides into, to secure it in place and hold it taut. We need someone to install this centrally on brickwork above the front canopy of the Scout Hall. This includes removing timber battens from old sign and securely fastening the aluminium rails into the brickwork. Allow for 30 fasteners. The canopy is approximately 3.5m above the car park level.
