Work required on brand new modern town house.
Require to have one standard fixed side door window glazed/frosted. Also require single glass rectangle in wooden front door tinted/frosted. This is for privacy reasons, however whatever option is chosen (frosting or tinting) needs to reflect the modern style of the home.
Supply and install a fixed plain mirror in powder room above sink. The same style I want is present in all other bathrooms.
Want nothing fancy, just something that will match the plain/clean/streamlined standard of the rest of the house.
