Repair my 19th floor apartment window

Andy requested 3 quotes from Glaziers in Southbank

i live in the 19th floor of an apartment building in southbank vic, managed by micm. the glass wall window on one of my bedroom cannot be fully closed, since a few months ago. my first guess was due to the strong wind, hitting the metal joint and somehow bent them out of shape.

there is only a few mm - 1-2 cm open gap, when we try to close the window. considering how small the gap is, i believe the bent is only a minor one. however, this is enough to let cold air moves in, bit by bit. we would like to stop this.

we need someone who is experienced to fix an apartment window, as one need to be careful not to drop any tools / screws / nuts from the 19th floor.

of course, it might be as simple as using a clippers or hammer to fix the window (probably the metal joint) back to its shape so the window can be fully closed. but considering the safety of falling items, we would like to leave this to the expert.

the window on the next room is almost having similar problem (can be fully closed, but need extra force).
