Part 1: I have a window upstairs that has a very small leak. I have just purchased the house and believe it was repaired in the past. The window was installed in 1993. It will probably need full removal and re-install flashing.
Part 2: I have a window downstairs with a small crack and very small hole. Ideally it would be good it this could be repaired. (if not then replaced.)
Part 3: I would also like to look to ensure all windows are serviced in terms of limiting wind draft.
