Looking for portable glassless light mirros for dance

Need portable dance mirrors to use in different locations. Need to be custom designed to dismatle and packed way to fit in the back of my Outback Suburu easily. Dimensions total 1.5 mm x 900mm possibly 4 - 6 of these The glassless mirror (not mylar please) needs to be very light weight and transportable, shatterproof. It would need to be mounted on a light weight portable frame simiar to a white board or office partition, but very light and I need it to dismantle easliy. A glazier with design experience or could assist in framing and placing it on moving castors would be great!
