  We're doing a 2 townhouse development at 22 Rooney Street, Richmond, and I need quotes for the supply & installation of some balustrades & shower screens. I've attached a copy of our plans, as well as some images to help illustrate what we're after.

We need quotes for the following:

1. Staircase Balustrades

See attached image called "Staircase Balustrade Design" for an idea of the style/design of balustrade we're after. We need 3 staircase balustrades in total - one for Unit 1 and two for Unit 2. Also, with the length of the balustrades, is it possible to have it begin 2 or 3 treads up the staircase so there's a more open look?

2. Glass panels on the first floor of both units, next to the staircases
For Unit 1, we need 1 x panel at 350 wide, 1 x panel at 1350 wide and 1 x return panel at the staircase about 1m wide. All panels are to be 2.55m high (floor to ceiling)
For Unit 2, we need 1 x panel at 350 wide and 1 x panel at 1850 wide, all at 2.55m high (floor to ceiling)

3. Shower Screens
For Unit 1, can you please quote us for frameless & also for semi-frameless showers too and we'll make a call on which to go for depending on the price?
For Unit 2, can you please quote us for all semi-frameless showers only?

4. Window 16, Unit 2 - these are translucent balustrades at 1.4M high
Please refer to the attached plans and included window schedule to get an idea of Window 16, which is actually a balustrade on the rooftop terrace
Quote these balustrades with the same design as the "Staircase Balustrade" image as attached

5. Window 17, Unit 2 - only the two sections at 1.4M high required
Please refer to the attached plans and included window schedule to get an idea of Window 17, which is actually a balustrade on the rooftop terrace

If you could give me a quote for the above, as well as some rough timelines that would be great. I understand that it's a crazy time of the year and that any work probably won't happen until the new year but I'm still hoping to get the quotes back and make a decision on this side of Christmas if possible.
