a rectangular glass walled office is required as soon as possible.
two walls exist already (as it will be situated in a corner), one is painted brick/block and the other a gyprocked stud wall.
the required walls are approximately 2.6m wide and 3.2m wide, each are to be approx 2m tall. a standard sized glass door is rerquired on the short side and needs to open inwards.
there is currently no suspended ceiling – so i would like to discuss options to minimise sound transference from the open top of the office, whilst keeping air flow/conditioning and lighting (which are located on an higher ceiling) in mind.
inspections are available on site fri, sat and sun.
