   Replace 5 ceiling lights in apartment unit    Robert, January 2016

  Joe and his off-siders did a great job doing electrical work at our place in Wahroonga. The job included: installing new light fittings and Bakelight switches, repairing downlights, moving and installing new power points and a TV point and installing garden lights. Joe was flexible and able to work his schedule to fit in with our builder and he communicated well to let us know if he was delayed or when he could come, etc. The only suggestion for improvement (which I gave him) was to always ask the client, rather than making assumptions, especially if the customer is there on site. A couple of times, he installed power points in the wrong place and installed fan blades the wrong way around, when he should have simply asked the client to confirm the switch location and the blade selection. To his credit, he moved the power points and turned the fan blades over the correct way for no charge.
