I have a house at Thornlands that has an existing lawn (front and rear). The lawn was layed on a clay base it seems and would benefit from a good top soiling. Also the front yard has slight sunk (only minor) in one area and again would benefit from a good top soil application.
I need a tradesperson who can supply and apply the topsoil and level it.
Access to the front yard is very easy..the rear yard will require wheelbarrow.
