Frequency:
Agreed monthly visit (eg. First Tuesday of every month)
Services Required:
Mow Lawn, Weed, Trim bushes, clean and disposal of waste.
Exclusions:
Landscaping, planting and removal of large shrubs/trees. If landscaping is required a separate quote
will be asked for.
Payment Method:
Monthly Payment to be the same irrespective of the works completed. i.e. Some months weeding and
trimming may be required and some months it may not be, the charge should be averaged and be the
same each month.
Site Inspection:
Feel free to visit 203 Booran Road to inspect the common property. Photos below (note: Currently in a
state of neglect)
