We have a problem with root invasion from inappropriate council trees in the nature strip.
Appeals to the council were ignored. 15 years ago we refurbished the front garden with mechanical means used to disrupt the root invasion. A raised garden bed was placed at the front. The roots have got back, killing our roses.
We would like to remove the earth from the raised bed, about 10m by 1m and a depth from 80 to 50 cm, and replace it. Hand digging will be required to remove the earth.
