I'm looking for someone to mow my front lawn about once a month. The area is not big and I used to pay $15 then it went up to $17, $20 is the maximum I have been quoted. Since it's my investment property I'd prefer to pay directly into a bank account or by Visa. The first time I expect to pay a little more, as it has not been done in a while.
