We require a gardener to do a fortnightly tidy-up of our yard while the house is for sale, and again before we move out approx 5 visits in total. Small block (approx 400m2) with some lawn, a hedge and a few other plants. Must be kept neat and tidy for inspections. We have a friendly dog in the backyard - you can tie his leash to the fence while you are here so he doesn't escape or chase the mower.
