I have 6 conifers about 2m plus in height that I'd like trimmed down to about 1.5m, and also tidied.

Luke was prompt in responding and arriving to provide the quote. However there was somehow a miscommuniation with regard to the services that will be provided based on the quote given and I had to top up for the complete job to be done. I left before the job was completed and found the height of the hedge to be unevenly cut (even though I had asked for them to be reduced to the same height) and the extra that I paid for for the hedge to be trimmed back was not done to a level I was happy with. I come away with the feeling that Luke might be better at carpentry and stuff than gardening. Even a friend of mine commented that the job didn't seem very well done.
