Require regular lawn and garden maintenance - every three or more weeks, as required. Block size: 708m2. Front lawn & nature strip mowed w/ catcher. Back yard mowed without catcher. All front garden beds weeded. Back yard garden beds kept clear of tall grass & weeds (whipper-sniped). All edges maintained (nature strip, front and back). Standard green waste bin available for refuse but all other excess clippings, etc to be removed.
Garden beds are currently overgrown, so also require quote for initial clearing and minor landscaping. This may include poisioning and mulching if this makes ongoing maintenance easier (and cheaper!).
