We require a monthly mowing of the lawn area directly around and out front of the house, whipper-snip the edges and weeding/garden maintenance of pool area and landscaped garden beds. Spot weed killer to pavers and garden when required. Based on approximately 2.5hours work all up per month. This is an going long term requirement. The property is being tenanted while the owners are temporarily away overseas.
