We have a tiny front yard and medium sized back yard, both of which require mowing and weeding about every 5-6 during the colder months and every 3-4 weeks during the warmer months. At the same time, we'd like the garden beds to be weeded and tidied up and the narrow section down the side of the house that we don't use to be weeded/tidied-up as well. We've been having this done for quite some time for $40 but our gardener has decided to only mow the lawns now for the same money, so I'm looking for someone who can do the job properly (and well) for no more than I currently pay. We have a green bin so most waste can go in there but if it doesn't all fit (unlikely) you'd need to take it with you. We've just done a minor prune of things like the overgrown bamboo bush so that's ok for the time being. In the future, there may be some minor pruning needed, but not right now.
